HSE POLICY

Health and Safety Policy for Employees

We realized that the only way to have healthy and safe work environment is to encourage communication from the bottom up as well as top-down. A preliminary Job Hazard Assessment gives us the Opportunity to identify potential site specific hazards. On large projects and even small project, the startup safety meeting involving sub trades as well as owners or their representative and other relevant parties provide the opportunity to develop a work plan with input from everyone concerned. It is also an opportunity for us to review and highlight the safety policies and procedures. Daily hazard assessment by every worker ensures that all the eyes and minds are on safety on every job they do.

HSE Policy

RISE FORCE TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC endeavors to maintain a safe work environment and to perform work in the safest possible manner consistent with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects as well as relevant workplace legislation. Our Policies and Safe Work Practices reflect this Commitment.

Working in a safe and healthy manner requires knowledge, skills and thoughtful expectation of the task at hand. Because we are committed to providing opportunities for all workers to build their competence and commitment to health and safety, we make sure that all the workers participate in educational and training opportunities that are relevant to their duties.

In addition to the Annual Health and Safety meeting, which is compulsory for all RFTS Employees including management, our supervisors conduct regular site specific safety talks on the jobsite to ensure that all workers are familiar with safety precautions for the work they are doing.

We expect everyone is involved in every project to implement the requirements outlines in the legislation and this manual and to maintain a positive attitude towards working safety.
